Aura Neural — Shipping Policy

 

We dispatch every order from our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery times

• Norway: 7–14 business days via Bring or PostNord

• EU (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands): 10–18 business days via PostNord, GLS, or DHL

• Rest of Europe: 10–20 business days via DHL or local carriers

• UK: 10–20 business days (note: import VAT and a brokerage fee may apply on entry)

• Outside Europe: Currently we do not ship outside Europe. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we expand.

 

Shipping costs

• Norway: kr 79 flat. Free shipping on orders over kr 999.

• All international orders (EU, UK, Switzerland): flat kr 110 per order.

 

Customs and import VAT

• Norway → EU: Buyers in EU countries are responsible for any import VAT or customs duty levied by their local authority. We declare the full sale value and ship DAP (Delivered At Place).

• Buyers in Norway: No additional charges on delivery.

 

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive business days after dispatch, contact us at hello@auraneural.store with your order number. We'll open a carrier investigation. If the carrier confirms loss, we will reship at no cost or refund in full — your choice.

 

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the damaged packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We'll either reship or refund. Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

 

Order changes and cancellations

Email us within 2 hours of placing your order to change or cancel. Once dispatched, the order falls under our Refund Policy.
