Shipping & delivery
How long until my order arrives?
Norwegian orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. EU orders take 3–7 days. Dispatch happens 1–2 business days after you order. Full breakdown on our Shipping Policy page.
Do you ship outside Norway?
Yes — we ship across the EU, UK, and Switzerland. We don't currently ship outside Europe.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed automatically the moment your package leaves the warehouse. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then email us.
Are taxes and customs included?
Norwegian prices are listed in NOK with no additional charges on delivery. EU buyers pay any import VAT to their local authority on delivery; UK buyers pay UK import VAT plus a small brokerage fee.

How long is the warranty?
12 months against manufacturer defects on every product. Email us with your order number to start a claim.

What is ANC, and what does “48dB hybrid ANC” mean?
Active Noise Cancellation uses microphones inside and outside the earcup to detect ambient noise and generate an inverse sound wave that cancels it. “48dB” is the maximum measured noise reduction — enough to silence most aeroplane cabin noise and reduce loud street noise to a whisper. “Hybrid” means we use both feedforward (outside) and feedback (inside) microphones for better cancellation across more frequencies than basic ANC.
What does Hi-Res Audio / LDAC support actually mean?
Hi-Res Audio is a Japan Audio Society certification confirming the headphones can faithfully reproduce frequencies above CD quality (up to 96 kHz). LDAC is Sony's wireless codec that streams up to 990 kbps over Bluetooth — roughly 3x higher quality than the standard SBC codec. Both require a compatible source device (most Android phones; iPhone uses AAC instead).
Are these compatible with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Bluetooth 5.3 connects to both. iPhones use the AAC codec; Android devices using Sony LDAC get the highest-quality stream. All standard Bluetooth features (calls, voice assistants, multipoint pairing on supported models) work on both platforms.
How long does the battery last?
Aura ANC-Pro: up to 40 hours with ANC off, 28 hours with ANC on. Aura Buds Pro: 7 hours per charge plus 28 hours from the case (35 total). Aura ANC-Pro Lite: 6 hours per charge plus 24 from the case. Quick charge gives 2–3 hours of playback from a 10-minute top-up.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order has typically been picked and dispatched and falls under our Returns Policy.
