Aura Neural — Refund & Returns Policy
Norwegian Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett): Norwegian consumer law gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days for all customers, EU and Norwegian, on every order.
30-day window
Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be:
• Unused, with all original tags and seals intact
• In the original packaging
• Including all accessories, cables, and documentation
Return shipping
• Faulty or damaged on arrival: Aura Neural pays return shipping. We'll send a prepaid label.
• Change of mind: Buyer pays return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
Restocking fee: None. We don't charge restocking fees on returned items in original condition.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method. Bank processing then typically takes 2–5 business days.
Hygiene exception
In-ear headphones and earbuds (Aura Buds Pro, Aura ANC-Pro Lite) cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons once the silicone tips have been removed from the original packaging, for hygiene reasons. Faulty units are always returnable.
Warranty (separate from returns)
Every Aura Neural product carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty claims after the 30-day return window are handled via repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Email hello@auraneural.store with your order number and a description of the issue.

Email hello@auraneural.store with order number and reason. We'll send the return address (and a prepaid label if applicable) within one business day.
